I’ve been the luckiest this year because SO many of my friends are getting married AND… they’re picking me to photograph their big days! That’s such an honor, seriously. This lady right here… she was my college roommate. We’ve been through living in the dorms together, to moving into our first college “house” (if you can call it that… did anyone else have squirrels in their walls?? Yes, it’s as bad as it sounds), to graduating and finding our first jobs, to living this way too grown up life we’re taking part in these days. It’s crazy how much we’ve been through, all while still managing to be friends!

Julia and Greg actually didn’t start dating until our last year of college, but I knew right away that they were a good match. I think that’s one of the coolest thing about living with your friends in college. You become extremely close. We all watched each other date the wrong ones over and over again, so we’re extra qualified to call it when we see the right one come along. 🙂

So the entire time I lived with Julia, we were basically exact opposites when it came to our habits (HA!). Julia is super neat and organized (she always called herself a minimalist), and I’m… not. Everyone needs a little clutter in their life, am I right?? (Just agree…). Anyways, the point of this tangent is that Julia and Greg are planning the COOLEST modern, minimalist wedding at the Neenah Equitable Reserve Building next September. The space is old and vintage, and I just know that her vision is going to make it look awesome. You two… I can’t wait to see you finally married!
