Molly and Andrew have the perfect college love story. Both attending UW-Madison, in a new city, they met shortly after starting school at a party with mutual friends, and the rest it history! These two planned a quintessential Madison wedding, complete with photos in front of the capitol and a reception at the Monona terrace. The whole day screamed UW-Madison (the bridesmaids even wore a shade of red!) Go Bucky!

And while the details were oh so pretty, if you’ve followed me for a while, then you know I mostly obsess over my couples and their love stories. Molly and Andrew’s day felt like the culmination of a long period of waiting. They were both so ecstatic to FINALLY be marrying one another. After many, many years together, they’re each other’s best friend and simply couldn’t wait to finally be husband and wife. I remember calling Molly a few days before her wedding to finalize some details and I asked her if she was nervous. She responded, ” Not really… I’m just SO ready to marry him. I can’t wait,” Marriage. That was really the only thing that mattered to them. Not the flowers, or the dress or the cake. Just the love.
