Kesler and Sam… where oh where do I even begin with these two? Kesler is a good friend from high school and it’s safe to say that we’ve known each other for a loooong time. Like, through all of those super awkward years that we both would like to forget about… you know the ones I’m talking about. And, even though he’s been in my life for a while now, he’s also one of those friends that hasn’t fallen off the map over the years. Honestly, I can say that he’s one of those people that really makes an effort to stay in your life, whether its a quick text to say hello or making it a point to grab drinks when he’s in town. If you can’t tell, he’s one of my favs.

SO, fast forward a few years from high school and Kesler decided to move to Nashville to pursue a career in country music. Pretty cool, right? We were all sad that he was moving, but it wasn’t long before he called home and let us know that he met an amazing woman (cue Sam), who also happened to be from Wisconsin. What are the chances? I still remember the first time I met Sam. I took them to Lambeau Field for a little private tour back when I worked for the team and had those perks (sigh), and from the moment we met I loved her. What was supposed to be a short hour together quickly turned into an afternoon when we got lunch and drinks and I left that day absolutely positive that they would get married some day. To this day, I’m not sure if Kesler even knew it then… I guess I have a keen eye for these things (HA).

Since then, Kesler and Sam have formed such a strong and loving relationship. She loves him, he’s completely smitten with her, and they share this really cool unspoken bond that’s completely evident if you spend any amount of time in their presence. When they asked me to be their wedding photographer, I was overjoyed. Not just because these two are as sweet as they are, but because I personally know that they can throw one helluvah (<– Wisco word) party and couldn’t wait to be a part of that. So, without further ado, I present to you: Sam and Kesler’s best day ever.
